Overview At Elevaire, we want to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details on delivery times, costs and what to do if there's an issue with your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 7 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control such as carrier delays, customs processing or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Undelivered and Returned Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service and any neighbours before contacting us. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

Address Accuracy Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. Elevaire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. You may still request a return once the order arrives in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
