30 Day Money Back Guarantee You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If the product hasn't met your expectations for any reason, simply reach out to our team and we'll take care of it.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging. Used or opened products are still eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. We just ask that you contact us before sending anything back so we can provide you with the correct return details.

How to Request a Return Contact our support team at [your email address] with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to send the product back.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take an additional few days to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping Costs If the return is due to a faulty or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Damaged or Faulty Products If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund straight away.

Non Returnable Items Gift cards and promotional bundles are non refundable. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
